As a young girl, Mama Niki had a passion for two things: laughter and great food. She watched her mother, aunts, and other relatives of her big Greek family cook every chance she had. Mama Niki learned her way around the kitchen pretty well, and soon started experimenting with recipes of her own. As Mama Niki grew up, she decided that it was a no brainer to take her passions seriously and get into the restaurant business.

Mama Niki decided to add her touch to an old American classic: pizza! With the help of her family's oldest recipes by her side, Mama Niki and her husband Loukas worked hard to create the perfect pizza crust, sauce, and ingredients. The menu slowly came together and Mama Niki's Pizza was finally born!
